South Korean cafe culture is unique in that most outlets are not just places to enjoy your coffee, but enjoy the actual experience of the venue itself.
'On The Sunset' (온더선셋) in the Gyeongsangnamdo island of Geoje is one such example, with a jetty that extends out into the bay, and sweeping panoramic views from its three-storey-high deck.
As the name suggests, it’s particularly dramatic during golden hour, and although the sunset on this particular evening was obscured by clouds, I was able to fly my drone and get some shots to give you a scale of what is one of the most aesthetically impressive cafes I’ve ever visited.
