Asakusa, Tokyo.
A place where you can easily get lost by simply wandering the streets, and find your way back within a few minutes. From the larger-than-life Sensoji Temple and Kaminarimon Gate, to the panoramic views of the Tokyo Skytree from the Culture Centre, Asakusa was a step back in time to tradition. From the time I spent here, I recall the lively eating streets being abuzz with excitement around the Rugby World Cup.
The atmosphere, in one word, was euphoric.
